The Chattanooga Housing Authority will soon be implementing a NEW Landlord Portal to better serve our Owners and Property managers!  When it is ready to Go Live, this current Portal will link you to the new Portal to create a new login for access.  

Welcome to the Chattanooga Housing Authority Partner Portal.  We are pleased to partner with Owners participating in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. As a registered User, you will be able to view your monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) and view the Owner Newsletter and other documents online.

Our goal is to increase our level of service to you by providing 24/7 online service options that will reduce the need for you to call or visit the Housing Authority during business hours.  News and information will be provided to you through this Portal, so check for Announcements at this site.
